We've got a lot to tell you. Spike on a Bike was created by a team of substance use service veterans, academics and eminent professionals. Not only are we knowledgeable, we live and breathe harm reduction. 

Give and take.

When you order clean equipment, let us know if you have used works to dispose of. We can take as many used works that can be carried on our bikes, but please ensure they are in locked bins or we cannot accept them.
